These terms apply to text messages sent by Life Abundantly Community Services Inc. from our business number, (252) 359-5300.
Program description
When you opt in, we send text messages about your request for assistance, appointment reminders, program updates and follow-up on services. We may also reply to messages you send us.
How you opt in
- By checking the text messaging consent box on the assistance request form on our website, or
- By texting us first, or by giving staff verbal or written permission to text you.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving any service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more.
